Hello! I’m Gemma.
I have spent the last 20 years working within the hospitality and events industry with experience in Project Management, Office Administration and Customer Service both in planning, operational and senior PA roles. This background has ensured, I can work well under extreme pressure and has demanded great communication skills & strong organisation abilities. I am a creative and innovative problem solver with an eye for detail. You can be safe in the knowledge that I am here to lighten the load, expertly and efficiently, so that you can focus on growing your business.
As well as strong administration skills, I love ensuring customers are happy, and so can take on all your guest/client feedback and ensure they return to you.
I spent many years wanting to start my own business and 2020 gave me the time and inspiration to realise it was possible!
Who am I personally? I am a mum to 3 mini Finlay’s, love to run to clear my mind, believe that kindness is a super-power and absolutely love cheerleading others whilst they are achieving their professional dreams.

RETAINER
10 hours per month £320pm
15 hours per month £475pm
20 hours per month £600pm
30 hours per month £900pm

​Prepaid, fixed hours per month to be used as needed.
Any unused hours can be rolled over to the following month and used within 60 days. Any additional hours are charged at the hourly rate of £25.

VIRTUAL RECEPTIONIST
Pricing is based on days covering the rather than calls so you wont be charged for wrong numbers or all those sales calls. I’ll send you a message for a genuine call but will politely turn down sales and other unsolicited callers. Ideal to cover holidays or busy periods.
Day receptionist rate £120 for 8 hours
Simple message taking up to 30 per day.

WHAT ARE YOUR WORKING HOURS?
This is the benefit of a Virtual assisant. I can work to your business. Whether you need support Monday-Friday or want to catch up on your work load at the weekend, I can work around you!
AM I REQUIRED TO PURCHASE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF HOURS?
No, I try to work as flexibly as possible. My packages allow you to use hours as and when needed, without having to discuss invoicing every time you require some support. Alternatively, you can use me on an ad hoc basis.
WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM USING A VIRTUALÂ ASSISTANT?
As this is a flexible service, many businesses can benefit. These can include start-ups who do not have the funding or work load for an employee, or large businesses looking for new business solutions. We don’t ask for a minimum number of hours per month, making this service flexible for all.
WHAT IS A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT?
A self employed, professional administrator who provides administrative services to clients while operating outside of the client's office. An online PA typically operates from a home office but can access the necessary planning documents, such as shared calendars, remotely.
